County Attorney

The County Attorney's office is the official legal center for Judith Basin County. The office handles all legal issues relating to the county. The County Attorney assists in the investigation and prosecution of criminal cases occurring within Judith Basin County, provides advice to all county departments including the County Commissioners, and assists in extradition requests.
