The office of Clerk & Recorder is the official records center for Judith Basin County maintaining records of
Property Ownership (deeds, mortgages, land transfer documents, certificates of survey and subdivision plats), Vital Statistics (births and deaths), Voter Registration and Elections. 

This office is also responsible for county accounts payable and payroll.

Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Closed Noon-1:00) Closed on legal holidays
